Font - NotAFanOfArmchairTAFolks @JessicaWisdom1 I told a candidate their last interview was their last one. I was wrong. I told them sorry, blah, blah. They emailed me back and said they feel like they are done interviewing and can answer questions via email. It's now turned into a no-win situation. #interviewing

Rectangle - gray7@ghoulpunk 3d i think it's time that we start mocking interviewers more than we already do. really make it widespread. i want these people to feel ashamed when they play with people's lives like this.

Font - Dezmanian @DezManian_ 0.0 *** If it's 3+ interviews I'm not even interested in the position. Nothing is ever that fkn serious. I can only be fake for 2 interviews max and that's a stretch.

Font - BoolsHaving @booishaving Companies: No one wants to work anymore! Also Companies: The interview process is 5 interviews, one of which is with a 6-person panel and takes one full hour. The pay is $12/hr, and no benefits.

Font - Whitney @MxHeartCookie I just feel like people who are hiring forget that they are getting paid to interview people and the people being interviewed are not.

Font - Afro-African @cocoasehnel And what's so nasty about this is that candidates will go through all these hoops just to be ghosted in the end. So now I've done 16191919 interviews just to have to chase you for an answer or get no answer at all?

Font - zackfoxenjoyer @gatoradewussy8 We need to start passing legislation to punish you people. 6 rounds of interviews and a take home assignment for a no is malpractice.

Font - Zah-kah-ree-yah @KamikaZaky Some advice: If an employer can't assess your fit for a role in 2-3 interviews, they don't care about your time and probably will continue to not care *if* they decide to hire you.

Font - MrsBundrige @MrsBundrige "People don't want to work"... it's this type of unnecessary nonsense that's causing people to give up. The ineptitude of HR and org management forcing people into multiple rounds of interviews is absurd.

Eye - Kristy Yamacoochie @brownandbella Even the way you blah blah'ed thru telling us this is enraging

Font - Naima Cochrane @naima The digital instead of in person interview has companies wilin'. I've heard of more 4, 5, 6 round interviews in the last 3 years than I ever have previously. It's like companies look around and say "Ok; who else should they talk to?" just because they feel like they can.

Font - death's favorite girl @aballerinadoll Having people do initial resumes, then reupload it to your own site, having 2-3 assessment tests and 3-5 interviews for a job is not only exhausting and mentally taxing impacts personal income coming from their current job and might loose them interviews with other companies

Font - Kia Richards @KiaRichards_ Good for the candidate for having boundaries. It's a red flag that your team is not organized and didn't communicate with the candidate how many interview rounds there will be ahead of time.
